Store Policies
1. Shipping
We strive to process and ship all orders within 1-3 business days from completed order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package’s journey. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method chosen.
Please note: Once your order has been shipped, we are no longer responsible for the item. Any issues that arise during transit (such as delays or damages) must be addressed with the shipping carrier.
2. Turnaround Time
- Small Orders: Our typical turnaround time for small orders is 3-5 business days.
- Custom Signs: Custom sign orders have a longer turnaround time of 1-2 weeks, as each sign is made to order with special attention to detail.
3. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you ordered! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns within 8 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please contact us to initiate a return or exchange. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.
Custom Orders: Custom orders are always approved by the client before production begins and are non-refundable. If there is an error or issue with your custom order that was made by us, we will offer to fix the problem at no additional charge.
4. Orders
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation.If you notice any errors in your order, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to assist you. Once your order has been processed, changes cannot be made.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, we begin processing your order, and cancellations may not be possible. To request a cancellation, please reach out to us as soon as possible.
6. Local Pickup Policy
Local clients who choose pickup must arrange a time and date for pick up within 1 week of purchase. If the item is not picked up within that time frame, it will be required for the item to be shipped at the client’s expense or a holding fee will be charged for the item of $3 per day. If order is not picked up or shipped within 2 weeks, your order will be canceled.
